Radicchio salad with figs and ginger vinaigrette


1 radicchio
5 cups rocket salad
3 oranges
8 figs
1 pomegranate
half small red onion cut into slices

vinaigrette sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons pickled ginger
1 tablespoon medium,
pinch cinnamon
1 mini cube garlic spice
3 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin)

Prepare a vinaigrette sauce

Pour into a bowl vinegar, orange juice, ginger in medium, and cinnamon. Add mini- garlic cubes and olive oil and mix vigorously. Add pepper and salt.


Wash and dry lettuce
Break radicchio leaves into smaller pieces
Wash and dry lettuce. Break into pieces
Arrange on a plate 3 cut the orange segments
Wash figs, cut the top, pointed part, and cut the rest of the fruit in half
Cut pomegranate in half and hollow seeds from inside
Place the fruit in all the lettuce, garnish with chopped onion. Pour vinaigrette dressing
