CRANBERRY SALAD

Ingredients

1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 orange, peeled
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1cup drained pineapple
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup sugar
2 packages raspberry or cherry gelatin
2 cup water

Directions

Freeze cranberries first, they chop easier. Chop cranberries and orange in food processor, then mix with nuts, pineapple, lemon juice and sugar. Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups hot water. When gelatin has cooled slightly, add fruit mixture and combine. Pour into mold and chill until set.
