Caesar Salad (2)


1/2 cup oil (peanut or vegetable)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
dash of salt
one egg
2-3 fillets of anchovies


Put all ingredients in a blender. Mix till smooth. Pour over your
favorite lettuce (I recommend romaine). Add 1/4 cup of parmesan
cheese and croutons to taste.
